The proxy arp part was already a gimme, done that a million times.
The routing NAT part, now that's a very interesting solution. Once you put the networks in, and I know what network is getting NATed, which one is being routed, etc it all becomes clear.
That's a rather elegant solution that doesn't require any layer 2 configuration - excellent. I like it.
