I'd probably recommend calling Check Point regarding this one (972-444-6600). The licensing division is almost always available when I call and very capable at deciphering which CPVP-CPMP-VFF-VEE-VFM-VSI-CPIS-INT-HVPG-U-5-VSO-VSC-VIG-1000 code means what.

I can say that CPPWR-VPG-U should have a "License" link to the right of it that you can click on and then create a license for that product. If I had to guess CPPWR-VPG-U stands for Check Point VPN-1 Power - VPN-1 Floodgate - Unlimited [users], so a firewall license. I believe Management licenses have a MGMT in them.
