I can say that CPPWR-VPG-U should have a "License" link to the right of it that you can click on and then create a license for that product. If I had to guess CPPWR-VPG-U stands for Check Point VPN-1 Power - VPN-1 Floodgate - Unlimited [users], so a firewall license.
