Can you map this out with addresses better? Because as written here, it doesn't make sense to me.

The one external network is directly connected to the upstream router. The small private or public /29 network isn't yet relevant to the upstream router because it's looking for a NATed IP in the /24 segment.

I'm sure this works - I just don't understand how it works or even how to replicate it in the lab to test and learn.
