Do you know if you are using Office Mode? Office Mode is when you get an IP Address assigned to your Virtual Adapter from a specific network that you define in the firewall configuration.

I would make sure that routing is correct. If your office mode address is similar to your internal LAN addresses and you are supernetting the routes on your firewall, you may need to put a static route on your firewall to route traffic destined for your Office Mode network out of your firewall's internet facing interface.
