Default Unable to connect

Hi Group

Hopefully somebody can help me. I am now connecting to the internet via a BT Home Hub. I have the Checkpoint Client installed on my laptop. When I try to access my work network via VPN Checkpoint client I get the following error

Checking netowrk connectivity
Preparing connection
Connecting to gateway
Gateway not responding
Connection failed

I was able to initially able to connect to allow verification of site but when it displayed Do you want to connect now, I clicked on Yes and then this error appeared

I have move from a static assigned IP from my previous ISP to DHCP, other colleagues in my office are also on wireless and can connect.

So if somebody can help that would be great
