Re: SofaWare Management Server (SMS) Apoligies for the delay in replying. Unfortunately due to a corporate take-over we are no longer in direct control of 'our' firewall modules. I had come to the conclusion that the SmartCenter server was a bit dodgy but wasn't sure how I could correct it, I did apply the HFA03 a second time but it didn't make any difference. The management of the firewalls has been transferred to a different SmartCenter server to which the Edge devices connected without a hitch - I must therefore conclude that it was definitely our SPLAT SmartCenter server that was the source of the problem. On that note I thank you dbedit, abusharif and chillyjim for your suggestions and help. |
