Hi,
According to my booklet from Nokia they recommend that you buy an approved RAM kit from them.
Which lloking on the inside of my spare IP380 and looking at the price you got quoted sounds like crap!
The RAM in my standard IP380 is marked as follows:
SAMSUNG
PC133R-333-542-B2
M39053320DT1-C7A
256MB SYNC 133Mhz CL3 ECC
Pretty standard fair as far as I am concerned.
