Q: I just passed my exams. When can I expect to receive my certificate?
A: Once we receive your exam results we'll update your User Center account with your new credentials, giving you immediate access to your online benefits like Advanced Access to SecureKnowledge, the CPO Website, and more. Your certification welcome kit will be mailed out at the same time, and should arrive within 6 to 8 weeks. |
