I had the same problem as you. I took the exam and passed but I didn't recieved the certification until 6 weeks. So, I send an e-mail about my problem to checkpoint (certification@ts.checkpoint.com) and request them to send me a new certification. They accept my requst and send me the certification in 3-4 weeks. |
