I did install the policy afterwards. I think I know whats going on. When you disable SmartDefense all of the options get unchecked....except for FTP Bounce. I was disabling all of SmartDefense and assumed it was disabling all of SmartDefense....I will never learn not to assume.. LOL.

I will try changing it to monitor. It doesn't appear that you can just disable it.

BTW, Can you post the CP articale from above into the forum. That powers that be decided not to get support....That's why were in this little perdicument..
