On NGX R60/60a and NGX R61
The Intel quad port drivers have to be compiled for the os, I copied over the source files to the splat box but of course, there is no make! This has been a very frustrating checkpoint week. I miss pix, it may be primitive but it works and you get good support. The knownledge base article states that after R55 the Intell e1000.0 driver works. (right...do they actually test these solutions)
Configuring RHEL in a linux cluster almost worked but when asking checkpoint for support they keep sending me windows dll's and windows support solutions. I feel so good about spending a fortune for enterprise support to have someone email me knowledge base articles that do not apply to linux.
Oh well, off to hammer check point, again. |
