I got it!
And I think, the HOWTO is wrong. Here is the sentence from the script "From the menu select "Manage>Network Objects..., click New... and then select IPv6 and then IPv6 Host... or IPv6 Network"

The way to go is not to use the menu, but the Objects Tree in the right frame of the dashboard, here right-mouse-click the Network Objects -> Others (only the very first time you create a ipv6-object these objects are below "others". At a second use there comes up a Submenu "IPv6". ) At a later time you can use the IPv6-object-icon in the object-tree.

What an inconsistent behavior?!
