Default e1000 for R61/SPLAT dualcore ?
I have a system with a Xeon CPU here, where I want to run the smp-kernel from R61/SPLAT. The SMP-Kernel detects two CPUs (hyperthreading), but the SMP-Kernel does only include an older module for Intel e1000 (Version 5.2.52).

The single-CPU Kernel supports e1000, Version 6.1.16.

Is there any working module in Version 6.1.16 or 7.0.38 available somewhere? If not, I read instructions about how to build custom kernel modules for SPLAT some time ago (R55 I guess) on CP's website but I don't remember where to find them ...
