Can somebody tell me how to delete a package completely so that it can be installed as a new package again ?

Here is the background. We have a Nokia IP330 with R55 installed but never run or activated being an RMA unit we just received. I have upgraded the IPSO as recommended for R60. I originally installed the R60 as new package and VPN-1 Pro gateway without problem. I later changed my mind and was going to take it out and installed it as Express. I removed the package via Nokia Voyager then it would not let me install R60 as new package again. Now I do not see any R60 package in Voyager and the install failed when I tried to install it as new package and I cannot do a 'Upgrade from an old package' either since I do not see any R60 package left. There are no CP commands available at all.

Are there any other files that I need to delete in order to do a clean install as new package ?
