Default Re: Creating Logical interfaces on voyager

It's pretty simple. If you still need screenshots I can try and get them for you.

1. You will already have a logical interface for each physical interface. You just have to put in the IP address data etc.

2. In Voyager > Config > Interfaces. There is a box that asks the maximum number of vlans. Put in a number equal to or more than the number of logical interfaces that you want to add and hit apply.

3. Go into the physical interface that you want to add more logical interfaces to.

4. Scroll down to the bottom and where it says Create a new Vlan ID, put in a number that you want to call the next logical interface. Not the number of logical interfaces that you want to add. Hit apply.

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you should see the logical interface name and ID that you gave it. You can either repeat step 4 if you want to add more logical interfaces or go into that logical interface and put in the IP address subnetmask etc.
