Changed IP address now can't push policy I changed the IP address of both my IP390 (LAN side) and the Smart Center server. I downloaded a new license and applied it through the SmartUpdate tool. Whenever I try to install the policy I get: NGX R65 Advanced Security Installation failed. Reason: TCP connectivity failure ( port = 18191 )( IP = 192.168.53.10 )[ error no. 10 ]. When the policy is load I cannot ping the Nokia or access it by Voyager. I can with the policy unloaded. I'm guessing I missed a step (or more). Do I have to do something with CLI to allow access from my management server? NGX R65 Thanks |
