Smartdashboard configuration issues Hello, I am new to the boards as I only just got recently hired working with Checkpoint. I am taking over an environment from a previous employee that was terminated, and I am trying to add myself as an administrator through dashboard. The problem is that when I try to log into dashboard with his login information, it says there is a tcp connectivity failure. I have heard of TCP/IP, but not just TCP.
