 SmartDefense Update Hangs
I'm attempting to update our smartdefense updates which have become somewhat out of date. I'm able to launch the smart defense services update, it downloads the update but then just sits at "Expanding Update Files" I've currently been letting it run for over three hours. I'm running SmartDashboard NGX R62 connecting to an NGX R62 Management server running SPLAT. This is the third time I've tried this with the same result, anyone have any suggestions? |
