I have received confirmation that the intended design is to now include SmartDefense and Messaging Security updates with the CPMP-EVAL-NGX-EVAL 30 day license with out any additional support contracts.

Should you be having issues with updates and have said license attached to the SmartCenter and Module you are trying to update, please contact account services and have your usercenter account fixed.

I don't see anything that says "Total Security" and I thought the
CPMP-EVAL-NGX-EVAL was going to activate the subscription as well.

We did a test yesterday and it worked fine.

Can you give me more details on those cases? Do we have a support
ticket? Do we have specific details?

I thought that the NGX Eval license was suppose to enable AV/AS
updates now. I'm getting reports from the field it doesn't.
