Default SecureClient w/AD authentication stopped working after upgrade from R62 to R65
Background:

R62 cluster (on NOKIA IPSO) upgraded from NGX R62 to R65

Problem:

SecureClient can authenticate using AD account / password but cannot access any resource.
Internal users (defined in SmartCenter) don't have any issue.
