I have actually talked with Check Point about CoreXL on SPLAT and you can get it if you really want it, but it is really very much a public beta. When I asked them about it, they asked me what my apatite for risk was. It has been released to a very limited set of customers from what i have gathered. Where it should really help is with SmartDefense performance and basic firewall throughput. I am unsure if it will increase VPN performance since VPNx already uses multiple CPUs for VPN. What are you throughput needs? |
