Double-click on the Integrity icon in the system tray.
What does: Overview>Product Info>Version Info report about the Anti-spyware engine version? Is there an engine & dat file version?
Under licensing Information is the number correct?
Does this occur with all your flex clients?
Perhaps your license does not include anti-spyware
