What version are you using? have you enabled antispyware on the server and in the policy? Why do you say it is not running?
Generally if the license key is not entered correctly you will be running on the eval license which is good for around 45 days. This includes the antispyware. You may forward your date on the flex endpoint beyond 60 days and it will indicate if you are using an eval.
