Can you confirm that is Secure Client or Secure Remote, I ask as a lot of people use them interchangably.
When you did the upgrade, I am presuming that you used the Check Point NGX Upgrade/Export Tools to do this.
Do you have all of the SecureClient licenses upgraded to NGX and attached to the SMARTCenter? This is usually what I forget to do |
