Default SPLAT Upgrade error on HA backup

Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade the backup SPLAT server from NGR55 AI to NGX R62.
The SPLAT server is in another country therefore I cannot put the CD in the drive so I have copied the entire CD contents to the /sysimg directory on the remote server. I then try to run the upgrade using the command "patch add /full_path/CPsupgrade_R62.tgz "

Am I doing this wrong?

the upgrade begins but then very quickly halt with the below error message.
