What the Enduser want to do is to generate the licenses as "central" and install them on the SmartCenter. Then with SmartUpdate he can apply the gateway license (VFF) to the firewall. Also he will want to apply to the firewall the PPK.

The VPS and VSR licenses are not part of the VFF. You get a 1000 SecuRemote users with a VFF-U. If you want to use SecureClient (which you most likley do) that is a seperate license (VSC for Windows, VSM for Mac)
