One-off hotfixes are not available as a general download. I'm surprised there's no SK article yet.
We were on R60 and I had to do an upgrade to R61 before I could do the upgrade to R62. I wasn't on R61 more than the time needed to go to R62, so I don't know if it was there on R61 version as well.
