 Upgrade export issues
I am currently running a dedicated SmartCenter server.
It is running NG AI R55 on SecurePlatform.
When I run upgrade_export from the upgrade_tools directory, I receive the following error:
Error: FWDIR key is not define. Please fix it and try again
I have downloaded the upgrade tools from the website to be sure I have the latest version and I receive the same error. The Secure Knowledgebase does not have any solutions for this. Has anyone ever seen this before?
