- If your rulebase is simple, it's probably easier to manually recreate stuff.
Yes, I will do that.

- You will need to upgrade your license. If you have support, you can upgrade the license. If you don't, you'll need to get a new license.

- 4.1 -> NGX requires a two-step upgrade - you need to go to FP3 HF2 first, then to NGX.
