That is more or less it. It will also check some other things in your NAT rules - e.g. that you're not trying to do a hide NAT with a source of ANY.
Some other stuff around user auth rules, making sure they are syntactically (sp?) OK.
The main thing though is checking that you don't have rules that overlap or conflict though.
Note that there is a lot of stuff it will not pick up. I would quite like it to be able to suggest consolidations, but that is perhaps something best done by a dedicated program. |
