I am comfortable in the back up part , we have scripts that we use in our organizaion and that will solve the purpose.but before doing back up i need to access management server operation system and i cannot do SSH (i am using putty client)

its regular linux as underlying operating system.
To add user in splat login, enter expert mode by typing expert
after that use: adduser username
