Hey Nadir,

1) you cant do real backup via GUI. You can do db revision etc and create policy packages, but entire backup of mgmt module should be done with upgrade_export command on the module.

2) ssh via dashboard? Maybe i missunderstand ur question but for ssh you need a ssh client for example putty to connect to you mgmt module (if ur mgmt module is run on splat or nokia.) Admin account u use for connecting via dashboard does not share user db with operating system, meaning that u need to define user accounts you want to use with ssh on the operating system of your mgmt module.
