apparently this is happening for all users. I agree it looks like some kind of NAT'ing issue from thier end, but i dont belive everyone has same routers/modems/firewalls or even a worm.
i have already enabled keep alive for back connections on the fw and is set to the default 20 secs, i'll try something a little more frequent. |
